The Forest-Aires Women’s Chorus places a high priority on protecting privacy. This privacy policy was created in order to demonstrate the Chorus’ firm commitment to the privacy of our members and the public. This policy explains what types of information is collected by the Chorus and how this information is used.

What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected:
Individuals that provide, Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email voluntarily provide us with contact information know that we may use this information for specific, limited purposes. Individuals may always “opt out,” either now or at any time in the future, if one does not wish to receive our messages.

How Personal Information May Be Used:
We will use personal information to provide the public with personalized service; to send e-mail alerts and notifications; to answer requests; to process membership application;  etc. One may opt out at any time, which will cease all communications from The Forest-Aires Women’s Chorus.

Name, Address, Email, Phone, and Information:
The Forest-Aires Women’s Chorus does not provide, sell, or rent personal information to anyone outside the organization.

Our Commitment to Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Modifications:
We may amend this privacy policy from time to time, as it may be necessary.
